So as quick as the snow appeared here, it went… I’m sure you're all sick of the sight of it but thought as a blogger I would add my obligatory snow themed post, I hope you don’t mind.
My new found love… this vintage coat. Where has this been hiding all my life? I’ll tell you where… My mum’s wardrobe! It's great having a family who’s into fashion; so am sure, as I carry on a rummage of her things I will give more old unworn clothes and new lease of life. Like I’ve mentioned before I am a bit of a coat collector and this definitely works for me, it’s so cosy, perfect for the snow and has this cool 70’s vide or something.
After crushing on Rick Edwards in the latest Oliver Spencer Menswear AW13 show (check out boymeetsfashion post, his backstage photos are amazing) I decided to get my hands on this cosy jumper from the brand. Of course it's mens, but they fit so much better. Who could resist the teacher themed elbow patches or this strange little pocket… that will be for my lipstick thank you very much Mr Spencer.
I am heading to London in the coming weeks, so I’m starting a new “what
to do list” … I’ve done pretty much everything on the tourist menu, so if you
guys have any suggestions for a quirky place/interesting restaurant or
amazing shops... Throw some ideas this way.
Hope your having fun in the snow
Love
Cloth

Oh Hii beautiful lady. I love the way clothes stand out in snow posts. I always buy mens jumpers, so much better! Noticed the lads over at OL Spence all have beards (that'll keep me happy for a few hours today then). Xx
ReplyDeleteSnowy photos are the best... OS had me a Rick Edwards ha
DeleteLove this look and these photos, the clothes really stand out against the snowy background! You could go up the shard? As that is opening soon I'm going in a couple of weeks really excited :) xo

I don't think I have any words to describe your coat other than perfection - if I was your friend I may be tempted to try and 'borrow it'. I've never thought to look at mens clothing brands but I'm really tempted now, who doesn't look a secret pocket?
ReplyDeleteAlthough pricey my tip would be to go to the Sanderson Hotel for their Alice in Wonderland themed afternoon tea, it's divine and there's even a post all about it on my blog (cheeky plug I know). I hope you have a wonderful time in London!

ReplyDeleteYou are so gorgeous! These photos are lovely. I'm a firm believer in buying menswear and having an obsession with outerwear. Two perfectly healthy obsessions... Hope you have a great time in London, I always head to Laduree in Covent Garden for macaroons and coffee for a little bit of Paris in the UK.
